4 weeks until The Elf King’s Lady!

0515 The Elf King's Lady_FinalActually it’s less than four weeks as this is late! Last week’s winner was Pam and her favourite hero, described in five words was: Blonde tall blue eyed hero.

That is certainly one of the stereotypical heroes and a favourite with many. My favourite is more like General Kain Jazara from The Elf King’s Lady or Captain Vard Anton from Princess Avenger– tall, dark, brooding and mysterious; a man not easy to get close to but one who is loyal once he falls in love.

This week, to mark four weeks from release of The Elf King’s Lady, I want to shift the focus to the girls. Please describe in four words, your ideal heroine. The winner can select any one of my books for their very own.

Until next week…

  1. Smart, witty, statuesque, proud

    1. I like the proud, Kerry! I haven’t had a distinctly proud heroine yet. Queen Adriana is a proud woman but only a secondary character.

      1. I had to think about my final word choice – to me, all female heroines/warriors are proud – glad you liked it Bernadette 🙂

  2. Compassionate, intelligent, slender (but not too thin) strong

    1. This is Benae from The Lady’s Choice, Kay, and my next heroine, Alique from The Elf King’s Lady. Both are healers.

  3. Adventurous, feisty, creative, kind

    1. Thanks Vicki!

  4. Strong, Independant, Compassionate and Witty

  5. Witty, mmm, will sarcastic do, Kaz?

  6. Hi Bernadette
    How’s this?
Sassy, smart, sophisticated and strong 🙂
    Looove my alliteration!
    Michelle

    1. Love it Michelle!

  7. Congrats on your upcoming release, Bernadette!

My four words are feisty, resilient, compassionate and loyal 🙂

    1. Loyal is magic, Helene. Thanks for the congrats!

  8. It’s going to be hard to pick a winner out of these great comments. Look’s like we love our strong heroines even more than our heroes!

  9. I have a winner. Michelle Somers has won one of my books this week. I loved her alliteration, too!

    1. Wow, thanks so much Bernadette!
      You’ve made my day 🙂
