Anyone else think the year has flown? How much have you packed into this year?

For me, 2016 has been massive. I’ve settled into a new city and have helped build a new practice from scratch. It’s taught me a lot about myself. I thought by my age I might have stopped learning about what makes me tick but apparently not. What I have discovered has made me both more comfortable in my own skin and also driven me to be a better employee, leader and person. It’s also shown me that I have a long way to go.

My writing has had to take a back seat as I first worked on marketing my books and then spent more hours at my day job. I have new found respect for authors who write as well as hold down a full time job. I can’t really do my writing justice at the moment but I know things will turn around and I just have to keep moving forward with it at whatever pace is possible.

Christmas finds me one third of the way through writing my next book and half way through the edits of The Lady and the Pirate, due for release February 14th 2017. I can’t wait for reader reaction on this one- you’re going to love it!

As a gift for my readers, most of my books are on special over the Christmas period.
